Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the Fanomily app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
1. Who can use Fanomily
You must be 18 or older to create an account and manage a family group. By creating an account you confirm you may add and manage the family members you invite.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity in your family group. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Fanomily offers a free tier and paid subscription plans, including a 14-day free trial.
- Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and are managed there.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are handled under the store's terms.
4. Your content
You own the events, lists, messages and photos you add. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and display that content to your family group and run the service. You are responsible for the content you add.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Fanomily for anything unlawful, don't upload content you have no right to share, and don't try to disrupt or misuse the service.
6. Our rights
Fanomily, its name, and its design are owned by BIBLIOTEEKSA (PTY) LTD. We may update or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Fanomily is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under South African consumer law.
